Friends in Christ,

 

Pastor Marc and his family are now getting settled in their new church home in Barrington, Illinois and we are moving forward with our future plans. This past Tuesday evening, President Fondow, from the Minnesota North District, met with us here and provided some ideas and options for our congregation, both short and long term. This next Wednesday evening, at 6 p.m., a group will meet with Pastor Bruce Fredrickson, who is interested in providing us pastoral care throughout these next months. Please attend this meeting at church if you are able.

 

Also, a congregational meeting is planned for 10 a.m., July 8, just after worship, to discuss our future longer range plans. Please be with us for this important meeting.

 

Our leadership team is making plans for education for the fall for all ages and help will be needed so please contact a member of the leadership team if you are able to help.

 

Finally, don't forget that there is a bible study from 8:15 to 8:45 during the month of August entitled "love letters". We will be exploring key epistle verses.
